Creating a Culture for Entrepreneurship at UNI!

The JPEC provides one-on-one small business counseling for student, faculty, and staff entrepreneurs at the University of Northern Iowa. Assistance ranges from providing basic information on starting a small business to help writing a business plan. In addition to this one-on-one counseling, the JPEC has many books and other information on starting and running a small business. To schedule an appointment with a JPEC small business consultant, call the JPEC at 319-273-JPEC (5732). One of the best way to get information is to take one of the many workshops or academic classes we offer. See information below.

NON-ACADEMIC CLASSES/WORKSHOPS

The John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center regularly hosts classes and workshops on a number of small business topics for UNI students, faculty, staff and recent graduates. (Sorry, non-UNI-affiliated businesses will need to contact our partner, the UNI Regional Business Center/Small Business Development Center at 319-236-8123 for their small business classes.)
