INTRODUCTION The Cedar Valley Venture Fund was a $1.61 million fund comprised of investors from Black Hawk and its contiguous counties. The fund was a partnership of local investors, Buchanan County Economic Development, Cedar Valley Economic Development, and the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center. The fund is fully invested; that means it is no longer considering companies for investment and it means we have no more funds to invest in companies.
